Polymorphism analysis data for carefully selected genes is provided by the ADME Core Group. The content of the PharmaADME Core list is combined with VeraCode technology, which uses the golden gate method, to efficiently and rapidly analyze drug metabolism markers.
The list includes 184 biomarkers on 34 genes that cover more than 95% of the PharmaADME Core Gene list (http://www.pharmaadme.org/joomla/).
