F-PHFA Mutation Kit

The principle of F-PHFA Technology

F-PHFA is a method combining competitive hybridization and FRET (Fluorescence resonance energy transfer). The mild thermal gradient forms a specific, fully complementary homo-duplex, and even one base substitution in the PCR products would be detected with high sensitivity as well as good reproducibility.
